Terms & Conditions For Tele Orders

We accept orders from Tamilnadu, Pondicherry, Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka, and Kerala.

 Customers of other states apart from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry are asked to place their order atleast 20 days prior to Diwali.

 Minimum order for Tamilnadu is र 3000 and र 5000 for other states

 Products will be dispatched only after your entire payment is confirmed

 Delivery is done by third party agencies

 No Door Delivery available

 Crackers will not be delivered at your home but in you nearest parcel service point( Conditions Apply )

 Customers will be the Responsible of Transport Fee

 Customers of Tamilnadu and Puducherry can receive their parcels within 6-7 days from the time of their bill settlement.

 Customers of other states can receive their parcels within 13-14 days from the time of their bill settlement.

 We will not be responsible for any delay made by transport agency.

 Customers can also suggest their favourable transport agency for delivery, If they have.

 Crackers will be packed in carton boxes, following all precautionary safety measures

 We do not take responsibility for any damages incurred by transport

 Orders only that placed 10 days before of Diwali, will be accepted and executed.

 Dispatch for earlier orders will continue even in the last 10days prior to Diwali.

 Order placement will automatically close in the last 10 days prior to Diwali

How to place order Crackers online enquiry and payment method

You can choose crackers in the price list as per your wish. Once you select crackers then you must give your full address and contact details correctly.

You can place your order enquiry by clicking "Submit". On clicking "Submit", your order enquiry will be placed.

To get ensure over your order placement, you will be able to see 'order confirmation' pop up and computer generated your order enquiry number.

You can save your order enquiry by clicking "PRINT". Kindly note that order enquiry number as your future reference number.

As soon as we receive your order enquiry , we will contact you within 24 hours to clarify your queries and tell you payment method, via mobile number that you have given us earlier.

Note: Pictures of the cracker boxes visible in the price list are for representative purpose only. Real crackers may vary in appearance because of the stock availability. 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All the materials are packed in quality waterproof cartons with special care.

After your order has been confirmed on completion of payment, we will dispatch your products to the parcel services within 24 hours.

We will constantly monitor each order to ensure it reaches you quickly.

The minimum purchase price inside TamilNadu should be Rs 3000/- (after discount).

After the order has been successfully placed, products will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.

Delivery may take a few additional days if there are public holidays or bandhs in between.

Cancellation & Refund:

15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).

Customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation.

Safe Usage

Fireworks must be handled with extreme care. The buyer assumes all responsibility for using the products safely and legally. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from misuse.

Legal Compliance

Buyers must ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of fireworks comply with the local and state government laws and regulations.

Storage

Fireworks must be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources, flames, and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will only be made to the address provided during order confirmation. The buyer must be present to receive the order with valid ID proof.

Limitation of Liability

Our store is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of fireworks purchased from us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the updated terms.
